Celebrates 5 Years of Transforming Fitness & Wellness in Warwick

Nestled in Warwick, Queensland, Ironside Industry is celebrating its 5th anniversary this November. More than just a gym, it has become a community hub, offering world-class fitness equipment, holistic recovery services, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. 

Founded by Diba and Ben Heinrich, Ironside Industry was created with a vision to build a place where people could train, socialise, and feel supported. “I wanted a space where everyone feels welcome, safe, and part of a community,” says Diba. While the gym offers top-notch equipment and has recently added a Reformer Pilates Studio, it’s the holistic wellness approach—incorporating saunas, ice baths, flotation tanks, and hot yoga—that makes Ironside truly unique. 

Despite early challenges, including a COVID-19 shutdown just months after opening, Ironside has thrived. Diba and her team kept the community engaged by renting out equipment and keeping the supplement shop open. Since then, Ironside has continued to grow, adding recovery rooms, reformer Pilates classes, and on-site massage therapy, becoming a true fitness and wellness sanctuary. 

“We’re not just a gym—we’re a family,” says Diba. This community-first approach has resonated deeply, making Ironside a second home for many of its members. As they celebrate this milestone, Diba reflects on the journey with pride and excitement for the future.
